Regional Swimming Championships dates confirmed

Uganda Swimming Federation has confirmed the dates for the Annual Regional Swimming Championships.
Details are as follows:


Dates:     Sat 22 and Sun 23rd October 2011
Venue:    KISU
Teams:   Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda


Preparations are taking place.

Reminder. First Aid Course

Dear USCA Swim Coaches,

First Aid Refresher Course is set to be held at Tisha Morley's, 13 Lorudel Rd, Nakasero, Kampala Uganda, on the Saturday 27^th and Sunday 28^th of August 2011. 8am start both days.

This is for coaches who have done the First Aid course before and just need to renew and update their qualification. Every effort is being made to subsidize the course and make it available to as many certified coaches as possible. 

Consider attending the course and tag a fellow coach with this information.
